*Ceramic is a fragile product, if a product was found to be delivered with cracks or dents, contact us immediately so a replacement can be arranged. Ceramic sinks do develop cracks over time and is a natural phenomenon of the material.

*The sink has 2 design options, 1 side is fluted, and 1 side is smooth. you can choose which side you prefer. Please make sure to communicate this to your installer

*The sink needs to be present for the cut out. Ceramics have variations in measurements due to the firing process of around +/-3%
