1. Brass chrome bottle trap is used (PVC bottle traps do not require bend pipes)
2. Piping is exposed

*Bend pipes are necessary for exposed piping using BRASS CHROME bottle traps. It normally is a necessity for older HDB homes where the water pipes are exposed.
