Return Policy

We understand that sometimes mistakes occur and you may have ordered a product that cannot fit or cannot be used, if that is the case, just return the items to us within 7 days.

All we ask is that items be returned in merchantable condition, in their original packaging, new and unused. Transportation charges will be at your expense, and an administrative fee 5% of product price will apply.

However, we do not accept returns for backordered or customized items since these are ordered especially for you. Bathtubs, Jacuzzis are examples of these products.

 

Delivery

Items in stock are generally delivered within 2-4 working days after confirmation of payment.

 

Product Defects

If you find any product defects, report to us immediately within 3 days of receiving it, otherwise, the product will be deemed to be received by you in good order and condition, and no claims can be made thereafter.
