Overall prompt replies and service. Experienced confusion from different service staff but issue was rectified immediately. Prior to ordering, i enquired via FB messenger about availability of model #1 and was told there’s no stock so i ordered model #2 as recommended by them. However prior to delivery, staff whatsapped to inform that #2 out of stock, only #1 available. Anyway it was my intial choice, and i was promptly refunded the price difference too.
